1. Introduction
We take your privacy seriously. This document describes how MagenLegal collects, uses, and protects your data. This Policy is a separate document but an integral part of the Terms of Service.
2. What Data We Collect
- Email: Only for login purposes (sending access codes).
- Chat History: Text dialogues with the AI Assistant are stored in your personal account.
- Uploaded Documents: We process documents you upload for analysis.
- Technical Data: Cookies and IP addresses for security and analytics (PostHog).
3. AI Data Usage (Tuning)
- Chats: We may use anonymized chat logs to fine-tune our models to improve answer quality.
- Documents: We do NOT use your uploaded documents for AI training. They are processed in isolation and deleted.
4. Document Processing
- Temporary Storage: Documents are stored on the server only for the duration of processing.
- Immediate Deletion: Original files are automatically deleted immediately after the report is generated.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with necessary technical partners:
- LLM Providers (Google Gemini): The text of your queries is sent via secure API to generate responses. Providers do not use this data to train their base models (Zero Data Retention Policy).
- No Data Selling: Your data will never be sold to advertisers or third parties.
6. Your Rights
You can at any time:
- Delete chat history.
- Delete saved reports.
- Request full account deletion via support.
