MagenLegal is a non-profit social project powered by AI. We help repatriates and residents of Israel navigate bureaucracy and laws. The service is completely free.
2. Does MagenLegal replace a lawyer?
No. We are an informational service. Our AI helps clarify situations, translate letters, or find laws, but it cannot represent you in court or provide professional legal advice. Always consult a lawyer for important matters.
3. What legal issues do you help solve?
We help with a wide range of issues: from understanding rental agreements and labor rights to National Insurance (Bituach Leumi) and municipal tax (Arnona) questions. However, remember that we provide information, not legal advice.
4. What languages does the service support?
We support Russian, English, and French. You can write in any of them, and the AI will respond in the same language.
Security and Privacy
5. Is it safe to store my data?
Yes. We use modern encryption protocols and do not store your files longer than necessary for analysis. Your chat history is accessible only to you via secure login.
6. Do you read my documents?
No. Documents are processed automatically by algorithms. No employees have access to their content.
7. What happens to the file after analysis?
The original file is deleted from our servers immediately after the AI finishes analysis and provides you with the report. We store nothing.
8. Do you use my data for AI training?
We do not use your uploaded documents for training. We may use anonymized chat logs to fine-tune our models and improve answer quality. You can always delete your chat history in your Personal Account.
9. How do I delete chat and check history?
Go to your Personal Account. In the "Chat History" and "Verified Documents" sections, you can delete individual records or clear the entire history. This action is irreversible.
